Baseball: Warriors, Renegades meet in sectional on Monday
Wyoming East and Westside will clash in Region 3, Section 2 baseball tournament action starting on Monday. The defending AA state champion Warriors (19-5) , currently ranked No. 6, visit the Renegades at Clear Fork in the first of a best-of-three series. A second game will be played on Tuesday. Mullens 5K run set for Sunday
The Mullens Dogwood Run will be held this Sunday at 2 p.m. Registration for the 5K race starts at 12:45 p.m. at the Mullens Opportunity Center. Cash prizes go to the top four finishers in the men’s and women’s divisions. First place winner receives $250. There is an award of $150 for second, $100 for third and $70 for fourth.
